Peter Dennis

This wine was made from grapes grown on the Dennis family vineyard situated at McLaren Flat. The fully ripened grapes (13dg.be.) were harvested in the early hours of the morning to avoid heat stress. Fermented under carefully monitored conditions, this wine was bottled in July 2007 without any oak maturation. Passion fruit characters on the nose give way to mouth filling Sauvignon Blanc fruit on the nose and palate, leading to a crisp, lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, but further ageing for two to three years will see the realisation of it's full potential.
