The addition of 15% Merlot and 12% Petit Verdot has created an enormously soft textured wine with pronounced mulberry/raspberry aromas, enhanced by 8 months of French and Hungarian oak maturation. Two striking features of Tempranillo, besides its rasberryish fruit tones, are the blue tinge to the red hues and its very fine soft tannins. For immediate drinking or cellar well for up to 5 years.
