Hahndorf Hill Rose

In keeping with the German heritage of Hahndorf, our Rose is uniquely made from Trollinger and Lemberger grapes, which produce some of the most popular red wines in southern Germany. This was a particularly late harvest with the grapes being picked in mid May. They were crushed together, then allowed several hours skin contact before being cool fermented in order to capture the delicacy of flavour that these two cultivars promise. This bone dry wine is an excellent accompaniment to all seafood and Asian cuisine. Limited availability.This is one of our best Rose wines.
