The burge family has been part of barossa winemaking since 1855. This wine is made from a blend of grenache, mataro and shiraz grapes grown in the barossa and then matured under the solero system. The tawny colour, with rich and complex flavours is a result of 10 years of quiet, gentle ageing in oak quarter casks before bottling.
