The Burge family has been part of Barossa winemaking since 1855. This wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz grapes grown in the Barossa and then matured under the solero system. The tawny colour, with rich and complex flavours is a result of 10 years of quiet, gentle ageing in oak quarter casks before bottling.
