Opawa pinot noir is produced from hand picked fruit grown on the wairau valley floors stony soils. Mid ruby red in colour, this wine has a fragrant aroma of old fashioned rose, plums and red cherries with a lifted spicy character. The medium bodied palate has soft juicy tannins, subtle oak influence and a smooth finish.
